Teachers

I am the teacher in Rainbow class.  I have taught children form nursery to year six in both mainstream primary schools and in special schools.   I began working in the Piper centre in September 2021 and I take great pride in helping children reach their full potential.

I’m Shona and I’m the teacher in Green Class. I began working in the Piper Centre in September 2021. I take pride in helping children be the best they can be and making an engaging learning environment. I particularly enjoy teaching PE and helping the children develop the skills needed so that they find a love for sport. After being inspired by teachers in primary school, I started learning karate and achieved my black belt.

Hello, I’m Abdul and I’m the teacher in Green Class. I have been working in education since 2011, in both mainstream and special educational needs settings, as both support staff and as a teacher. It has been wonderful getting to know the amazing pupils here at The Piper Centre and I look forward to supporting their achievement as they continue on their educational journey.
