Welcome to Blue Class
Here you will find information about our class. Our teacher is Shona and our Learning Partners are Ella and Danielle.
Becky helps us at lunchtime.
In Blue Class we offer a bespoke curriculum with a focus on their interactions, language and communication. Our aim in Blue Class is for the children to develop their basic skills and foundations for learning in a playful and fun way. Many of the children travel to and from school in a taxi, to keep in touch we use class dojo as the main vehicle for communication however, if you would like to meet face to face, please contact me for an appointment.

I’m Shona and I’m the teacher in Blue Class. I began working in the Piper Centre in September 2021. I take pride in helping children be the best they can be and making an engaging learning environment. I particularly enjoy teaching PE and helping the children develop the skills needed so that they find a love for sport. After being inspired by teachers in primary school, I started learning karate and achieved my black belt.

Hi, I’m Dani. I’ve worked at the Piper Centre since January 2022. Previously I worked at the Milestone School. I have 8 children and 4 grandchildren. I have an autistic son so I have personal experience of SEN as well. I love working at the Piper Centre and helping children reach their full potential.
